13 October 2015 - Ecole Centrale de Nantes, ranked among the 5 best engineering schools in France has officially settled in Mauritius to deliver a tailored 4-year programme under a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Engineering. Frederic Meslin of Ecole Centrale de Nantes kicked off the prestigious school last 13 October within the Medine Group’s Head Office through a press conference.
The BSc in Engineering, offered under the ICSIA initiative will be very selective and will open to the brightest minds only. Planned across 4 years, the first three years will be common courses while students will be given the opportunity to choose a specific focus area in their final year among Civil, Ocean and Industrial Engineering.
Ecole Centrale de Nantes is also best known for its international network and exposure. Students can fly to the Nantes campus in their third year or choose to complete all three years in Mauritius.
The Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Engineering has a scheduled intake in October 2016.
