Medine Group and ESSEC Business School, one of the world’s most reputed institution kicked off the Global BBA programme in Mauritius on Monday 12 September in Labourdonnais Hotel, Port Louis. The guest list featured the Minister of Education, Tertiary Education, Human Resources and Scientific Research, Mrs Leela-Devi Dookun-Luchoomun, an ESSEC delegation, executive members of the Medine Group and a distinguished audience of prominent working professionals.
Following a successful implementation in Morocco, ESSEC Global BBA now expands its footprint in Africa with the launch of the Global BBA in Mauritius, which will open up to students of the Indian Ocean and the African continent at large.
Students can already enrol for the September 2017 intake.
A bachelor of excellence
The Pierrefonds campus will host the 4 year post-bac program, ranked n°1 in France, intended to train managers who can anticipate future challenges. Two years will be taught in Mauritius and students will also be required to spend at least 6 months on the Cergy campus (France) and 6 to 12 months on an academic exchange with one of ESSEC’s many international partner universities across 5 continents. The course will be completed by 6 months of internship to further academic knowledge with actual business skills.
